Territory Policy
Exclusivity
RankREI licenses one operator per territory. Territories are defined geographic areas where an approved operator has exclusive rights to receive and work leads generated through RankREI platforms.
Boundaries
Territory boundaries are defined by county and/or ZIP codes as listed in Exhibit A of the Operator Agreement. RankREI may adjust boundaries with notice to better match consumer search behavior and service area realities.
Reassignment
RankREI may reassign a territory for cause, including sustained underperformance, lead neglect, breach of agreement, or failure to meet operator standards.
